Because my husband has this same walker, I could appreciate the finer details of this helpful tool. It is good-looking, solid and sturdy, great easy-to apply brakes. A seat to sit on when the waiting room is full, a good size removable basket, that we use whenever groceries need to be taken from the car to the kitchen. I borrow it to go out to our mailbox, in case there is a lot to carry. I love this walker, it is a great piece of equipment, worth every reasonable penny spent. It wasn’t wide enough for a 300 pound person to even sit in structurally it seems nice but when you’re using a walker you get tired and you wanna sit down for a minute. So I wanted to send it back to Amazon. The only choice I was given was to send it back to a medical supply return place they said that I had to pay all of the shipping back and there was no guarantee that we would get our money back . I have had prime for quite a few years now and Amazon has always been fair. But in this case I feel like we were wrong and I am going to be very careful what and if I buy anything else. We’ve always had a good record of sending things back in a good condition never missing to getting it sent back on time. Anything that I sent back unless it was broken already is it in the same condition that I received it in. So never again.
