simple install - took longer time to unpack than to connect
took less than 5 mins to c - works perfectly - nice, clear sound.

Connectivity
We use it with our Samsung TV and we like that it comes on and off with the TV. You don’t need to use the remote that comes with it.

Quality of sound, very well nuanced
Though my TV is Samsung, the Bose Soundbar works better than Samsung soundbar. I used the optical connection. And the quality of the sound is quite impressive. That is a layman’s opinion. [not an expert at all]

Easy to install, assembly and synchronize with Samsung TV. Good sound, good looking device, compact, fit under TV

Flawed software makes it unusable.
Worst choice of a product. It automatically switches from digital audio in to Bluetooth every 20 minutes. We tried multiple fixes. We had to buy multiple cables to try the fixes. I got this it "renewed". Clearly someone else had issues too only they never fixed it and resold it. Now I have to buy another connection to try a software update. I see online this is not an isolated problem. Super frustrating waste of money.

Great Sound!!!
This is a really great sound bar. Love how it connects via Bluetooth and jumps from my tv to my phone as I need it to!

kind of worth it
The remote control that was shipped with the package does not match the instructions included, making setup essentially impossible.

Misleading
It definitely improves the sound of my TV but is definitely not what I was looking for. I guess you get what you pay for? The base is just not there. I’m going through radiation treatment so it is a little bit difficult coordinating returns going to and from MAYO but, I think I pass the deadline anyway. I’m too tired to deal with it, but I would not have ordered this at all. I’m really sad because I could use my funds differently. I really just wanted to be able to have a cool sound system at home to relax
