It is a very good quality machine, completely silent opration. Very much satisfied with the quality and the price I got it.

Worst product with bad after sales service, not recommended at all
Worst product. Very poor after sales service. They are overcharging the spare parts and the visit charges. Demanding 2000/- visit charges, 1200/- for one small bolt and 3000/- for peddle. 6000/- for 18500/- product and Manager is so scared of talking with the customers. Worst brand, not recommended at all.

Good value for money product
Installation takes time but can be done in-house with the help of instructions manual. Elliptical is smooth and silent. Comes with a heavy 5 kg flywheel. More convenient to operate in standing position. Bluetooth connectivity needs improvement as bluetooth needs to be connected each time after starting ride. Also, Flexnest should provide atleast 1 month free membership for experiencing the virtual sessions.

I’ve been using the Flexnext Flextrainer cycle for home workouts and it’s a good option for regular cardio exercise. The machine feels sturdy and provides a smooth cycling motion, making workouts comfortable even for longer sessions. It’s easy to assemble and doesn’t take much space, which is great for home use. The adjustable resistance levels allow you to increase intensity gradually, so it works for both beginners and intermediate users.
