The guy is a physical therapist and highly recommended it to me. I DID use it before buying it and even after the first try; it definitely changed pain into healing. It felt like I was walking on clouds after using it on my legs (quads and calves). I would say if you’re standing at your job or routinely working out -like me- this would definitely be for you. Even though it doesn’t have a battery life estimation, at least it has an LED that shows battery indication Level.
