If you have less than that then I would buy, keep in mind the bin includes one. I will add that you are limited in placement, the bin has slots for dividers to slide in (only 4 slots though) and they are evenly spaced within the bin. I wanted more slots for dividers in case you wanted to adjust the number your standing up but I figure you could fit about 25-29 comics in between dividers slots within the bin.
