For $30, this DAP punches well above it's level. Sound is loud and strong with no need for a headphone amplifier. Very pleased with the battery performance. Limitations: 1) This player will not play 24-bit/192kHz files or higher resolution audio. 2) The USB C charging port does not support a headphone amplifier or other connectivity. 3) It is NOT a touch screen, requiring use of the navigation buttons, and I find myself touching the screen in my attempts to select playback options. For the price, none of these limitations are deal breakers. I'm extremely happy and I accept the limitations of this unit. It is a solid FLAC player with support for up to 128MB Micro SD expansion.
