Does the remote come with this amplifier?

Yes, it comes with a remote control.

Does it have independent volume control for each channel and how loud does it gets for a small living room? - Thanks

Volume is independently controllable as Front, Center, Surround or Master - NOT individual channels. You can turn on/off surround - but we just keep it on. We use as our home theater device in a 15'x 20' room with no issues; it is not even maxed out.

What is the best option to connect this receiver to s smart tv?

follow instructions. connect HDMI CABLE TO RECEIVER, THEN CONNECT SECOND HDMI FROM THE RECEIVER TO SMART TV

What type of connector is the fm antenna?

It is a single pin push on connector.
