I bought this on August 15th and it’s now November 2nd and it’s leaking from the control knob. There’s no way to fix this. My return window has now closed and I am stuck with it. I will try to contact the manufacturer and see what they will do. I still like the use of the product and will buy a different one. Great idea but a bad product. It was VERY easy to install, no leaks. My wife didn't want to be involved. The product (once you get used to the water wash) was easy to use. I've found that you want to use the wash BEFORE you flush, gets much colder after the flush.
