I bought 3 of these for 3 wine barrels I had stained and was using in the courtyard and patio. The plugs matched the stain I used which is a bonus and they look great. I was inspired to buy them when we moved and the barrels in the courtyard had only been there a day when bees moved in. We have the africanized bees so we had them removed, covered the holes with tape and ordered these and they fit perfectly.

It's a bung plug if you have barrels you'll need a bung hole plug

It fit the bung on my barrel. It's a little big but it plugged the hole. Can't really fault the company for the size, it just wasn't perfect for my barrel. Still a great plug.

Exactly what I was looking for. I've retired my old 53 gallon barrel and making it more decorative. I could not find a nice looking bung for closure and I did not want to use an airlock bung. This was perfect with high quality and good looking wood. It is a dark mahogany color, a little darker than in the picture, but I am happy with it. Also they shipped it out ninja fast. Would buy again from them.

Fit well on my whiskey barrel. Not more worrying about the bung hole being compromised. All is quiet now on the bung front. A tad expensive for what it is but money is no object for bung hole protection.

Did the job and plugged the hole on our wine barrel.
