This is an incredible comb. It’s well worth the price. I had one for a while, but decided to get a few more as I would always displace it and then be unable to find it. The quality of the wood is very good. It’s lightweight and doesn’t split. Perfect for wet and dry hair. Hands down, the best comb that I have ever had.

This is my second TEK brush and I like using this comb to brush out my hair before using the paddle brush. It does a great job at detangling yet doesn’t pull my hair out. It doesn’t come in a travel pouch like the paddle brush though. I have fine 2b hair and this works well both on dry and damp hair. When the wood gets a little too dry after several washes I use a little bit of mineral oil on it and then wipe it off with a tissue to rehydrate the wood. It’s great quality and I think the value is excellent too. This is a comb that will last years and years.

Need to be able to wash my combs at night to dry for morning. The finish is coming off this one. Have switched back to plastic. Have less static now anyway since I stopped using shampoo / soap on my hair.

I have thick, wavy hair down to my shoulder blades. It's always frizzy. I saw this brand of wooden combs & brushes recommended on a video for a "minimalist" natural hair care routine and figured I'd give it a try. I think it definitely helps, though I did change two other things about how I care for my hair, so I can't say for sure how much of the decrease in frizz is due to the comb alone. Well, comb and brush, as I got a brush, too. One concern I had was that the flat handle of the comb seemed like it would be uncomfortable to use. But that hasn't been a problem. I comb my hair in the morning and before bed, so it's never tangled to the point I would need like 10 minutes to untangle it.

This comb is perfection. The teeth aren’t too close together and being a seamless piece of wood, it combs through my hair so smoothly. I will never go back to using a plastic come to de-tangle my hair after a shower. When I comb dry hair with this, it never adds static or frizz.

I m surprised that comb is very easy for my wet hair. It is best ever I have!
