This dash cam supports memory cards from 32 GB to 512 GB. A free 64 GB U3 microSD card is included. If you need to purchase a new one, we recommend a U3 Class 10 microSD card from Miofive.

Please confirm that the sd card is compatible. Check if the sd card is properly inserted into the dashcam. Regularly delete locked videos to avoid recording issues due to a full sd card.
