So I did some research found some good articles or whatever to explain how to insert and remove and waaalaaa it went in super easy. I wore it ALL DAY. No leak and wouldn’t feel it. I read about self emptying while using the bathroom mine did that like 2x which was cool. It has to do probably with placement, how full it is and muscles. So end of the day. I was able to enjoy nyc with wearing one disc all day, emptied at night which was messy but whatever very similar to emoting a cup. I will keep using these!!!
