Real Gamechanger for me ! Was having real problems with night sweats and hot flushes all day at work. They were coming on thick and fast. Waking up in a pool of sweat at night. Bought these and it took about 3 days to notice a real difference. The frequency of the flushes slowed down , as did the intensity. They began to stop at night. Now 3 weeks later I have no night sweats and just the odd low level one in the day ! Would recommend ! (Please note : as I don't take HRt , I can't say what it's like to take them alongside hormone therapy )

Cant do without these! Taste is a little not to my liking..but i know if ive missed a couple! My moods change quickly, and i feel uncalm! I only take 1 a day, and still i swear by them!!

Not helping at all with my hot flusher came off hrt 2 weeks ago and read about these been on them for week and nothing as changed I was on hrt for 9 years and thought I should be at the back end of my menopause but clearly not .

Bought these 5 days ago after reading reviews I thought I'd try them out .have been in postmenopausal for 18 months now had terrible hot flushes day and night tried different things but no joy sleep with quilt off and fan blowing on me all.night. omg why day I buy these to start with this os my 4th day takin them and I can honestly say they are fantastic from having hot flushes lots threw the day and a few through the night I have had 2 during the day and 1 of the night I have woken up during the night looking for the quilt and even turning the fan off I hope this carrys on I will tell all my friends about these as they are a big game changer. I take 1 in the morning and 1 at tea time .
