I already had a set of these pajamas that I purchased in a gift shop. They are the most comfortable I've ever had and I decided to purchase more on Amazon. I received them in the mail and they smelled highly. I decided to wash them to try to get the smell out. I ended up having to wash them multiple times in order to make them wearable. They still have a slight odor to them. I also noticed a hole in the leg of the pants that looks like a small defect in fabric. I emailed the company and at first they were willing to send out new pants but then came back and said that Amazon would have replaced them had I returned them before washing and that the wear of washing had created a hole in the seam. I pointed out that the hole was not at a seam or even near one. I love the Hello Mello product but this retailer has not been helpful.
