Review: The dome works great when on but STRUGGLES with mounting - I don’t know if anyone else has this problem but this thing is NOT easy to mount on the flash. I struggle with twisting it on the flash mount even if I’m holding the release button. I have the LM-S25 softbox and I have a much easier time mounting the softbox than the dome. It works great once I’m using it but I just absolutely hate how hard it is to mount and remove once mounted. Almost feels like I’m going to have to break it off and I honestly prefer not to do that lol! This is the main reason I cannot give it a 5*. Cake photo I uploaded was taken with the dome diffuser on the flash using my Canon RP with a 35mm f1.8 rf Edit: changing to 5* as for some reason, after unscrewing the mount rings from both the reflector that the flash comes with and the dome diffuser and swapping them actually corrected this. I think the reason it struggled was bcuz of the screws. It almost looks like they were bulging out a bit on the mount ring that came with the dome vs when I swapped it with the collapsible reflector dish. Even mounting the ring from the dome onto the reflector dish worked bcuz the screws didn’t bulge out a tad. They stayed in recessed. Idk weird resolution but it worked ## Features - Unlock the true potential of your GODOX Lux Master with the LM-R28 Reflector with Dome. - Design:Equipped with a dome-shaped reflector, the LM-R28 offers versatility like never before. - Designed specifically for use with the GODOX Lux Master retro camera flash. ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B0D2X3DTVB | | Audio Recording | No | | Best Sellers Rank | #131,248 in Electronics ( See Top 100 in Electronics ) #204 in Lighting Reflectors | | Brand | GODOX | | Built-In Media | GODOX LM-R28 Reflector with Dome for Lux Master | | Color | Clear | | Color Rendering Index | 90 | | Colour | Clear | | Colour rendering index | 90 | | Compatible Devices | GODOX Lux Master Retro Camera Flash | | Customer Reviews | 4.7 out of 5 stars 60 Reviews | | Enclosure Material | Aluminum Alloy, PVC or Polycarbonate | | Hardware Interface | Micro USB Type B | | Item Highlight | Light Modifier Designed for Lux Master Retro Camera Flash, Enhances Light Direction and Creates Softer Lighting Effects | | Light Source | GODOX LM-R28 Reflector with Dome for Lux Master | | Light source type | GODOX LM-R28 Reflector with Dome for Lux Master | | Manufacturer | GODOX LM-R28 Reflector with Dome for Lux Master | | Manufacturer Part Number | GODOX LM-R28 Reflector with Dome | | Material | Aluminum Alloy, PVC or Polycarbonate | | Maximum Height | 16 Centimeters | | Media Type | ProductImage | | Model Name | GODOX LM-R28 Reflector with Dome | | Model Number | GODOX LM-R28 Reflector with Dome | | Number of Items | 1 | | Number of Packs | 1 | | Style | reflector with dome | | Style Name | reflector with dome | | UPC | 721820779470 | | Unit Count | 1.0 Count | | Water Resistance Level | Not Water Resistant | ## Product Details - **Brand:** GODOX - **Colour:** Clear - **Light source type:** GODOX LM-R28 Reflector with Dome for Lux Master - **Material:** Aluminum Alloy, PVC or Polycarbonate - **Style:** reflector with dome ## Images ![LM-R28 Reflector with Dome for Lux Master Retro Flash - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/51pgW2NdJNL.jpg) ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Gibt dem Lux Master Retro Blitz den konventionellen Look *by J***A on 3 November 2025* Der Teil ist ein Muss zum GODOX Lux Master Retro-Kamerablitz.
