Perfect for the Jessem Router Lift II. What I didn’t expect is that since the lift came with three inserts, I expected the set would have duplicates to the ones to what I had. They fit within the gaps of the set, so all included it’s a complete set. The holder even has room for the additional inserts from the lift. I don’t often see such thought out into products.

I have been using tools for over 65 years. Have had most well known brands. And the good ones still work fine. Unfortunately a lot of trustworthy brands were sold to companies that no longer take pride in their products. I only wish I had found JessEm sooner. They produce products with craftsmanship the way tools used to be made. In my opinion, purchasing a JessEm tool will guarantee you will have a lifetime of quality use.

I have an older (~2007-2008) Rockler router lift with the four tabs in the ring hole, and these JessEm Insert Rings fit perfectly.

This set offers a great range of hole sizes to accommodate every bit I have. They stay securely in place. The one area I feel should be improved is the way they interface with the "wrench" for installing/removing them. The wrench works fine to tighten or loosen the insert, however, it does not grip onto the loosen insert enabling removing it. For that I need to raised the router to push the insert out of the opening once I have loosened it. I had previous experience with a Woodpecker system and their wrench gripped the insert allowing it to be easily removed from the base. Otherwise, very happy with these.

After restarting my heart upon seeing the price of the OEM Jet throat inserts, I found this set from JessEm. It offers twice the number of inserts at a little over half the cost. JessEm tech support sticks to the script that these inserts will only work with JessEm lifts, sidestepping the likelihood that JessEm manufacturers this model lift for Jet and Powermatic. The JessEm inserts fit my Jet lift quite nicely. They are just a tad tight, but then so is the insert that Jet supplied with the lift. I am happy to have found this less expensive alternative that comes with a larger variety of inserts and a less painful price tag than the Jet offering.

I have been using a Jessem router table with Master II lift for quite a while. The table comes with a minimal set of insert rings. (I believe that the included rings were all that was available, except for blanks, at that time.) This set has all the sizes I will need. Note that blank rings are also available to make custom sizes. The stand (molded plastic) holds the rings well, with a few extra slots for your customs. I have found Jessem products to be of consistent high quality. Their customer service mimics the quality of their products -- it is exemplary. I would recommend Jessem tools without reservation. The rings are 4-tab for the Jessem router lift. OD is 3.86"+-. (molded plastic will vary slightly.) The diameter of the circle formed by the tabs (see picture) is 3.73".

Bought a used JessEm router lift that only came with one insert ring. I was glad I found such a complete collection of plates and the caddy is just icing on the cake. All the rings are excellent quality and fit the router lift perfectly.

great product that adjusts router opening in seconds. My only gripe....the settings are non metric and the wrench holes dont quite fit the wrench that was supplied with the metric product. required some adjustments.
