Great reference and learning books
There’s a whole set of the books which cover the holistic approach to service and maintenance on motorbikes, really useful learning tools and while a bit pricey the info is accurate and clearly explained as Haynes always do. I bought the entire set and they’re a great read …

Great foundation book
This book has years of experience put into a simple beginners guide to Motorcycle Maintenance. The use of plain English language, excellent photographs and easy to navigate layout of the book makes this a great gift for anyone interested in this subject matter from a basic to intermediate level.

Great for older motorcycles
As a newbie to wrenching on motorcycles - and a 1982 Suzuki GS750 to work on. I needed to get some idea of how the different parts of an older motorcycle work. This is just the ticket and does exactly what I need it to. Highly recommend it.

It's good to start but it's quite outdated and the images are just terrible with rusty and dirty bikes

In general this is a good book for the novice mechanic with lots of good photos and illustrations, specially if you have an older bike from the 80's (or a Kawasaki KLR650 or Suzuki DR650...). The book is outdated and still talks about drum brakes, carburetors and contact breakers. If you have a modern bike and wants to learn basic info on fuel injected systems, ABS / linked brakes or control systems, this book is not for you.

Enklast tänkbara reparationsbok. Fokus på äldre maskiner. Inget fokus på någon maskin.
