I’ve been using the Extreme Cream for a while now and love it! I have lost 100+ lbs…. And I’m 60 years old so my skin needed help! I have certainly seen a noticeable difference in my skins appearance. Close friends/family have also noticed and commented on it. I wouldn’t call it a miracle cure but it has certainly helped firm my saggy skin therefore minimizing the fine lines and wrinkles. *I have not been paid for this review and I have paid for the product. This is an honest review.*

I understand this cream has good reviews and probably is a very good product. I was not lucky with this product as the pump stoped working after only one use. And I cannot find a way to get the product out so it does not get wasted.

My cream also came without the pump tube inside, meaning I had to take the whole contraption apart daily to use it. That would have made this three stars for me (although I like the feel of the cream, packaging matters)... BUT... The two-star review is a result of the "bio-retinol alternative" claim, which is the main reason I picked this product. Terrible packaging ..nozzle so short it cannot reach any cream to come out. Very disappointing. Heavy outer package misleading as inside is very small . Expensive
