Doesn’t last

This is our second one of these. First one we had for 18 months. The lights stopped working so got a refund and ordered another. This one we have only used 3 times. The sound from microphones is crackling a that’s when they do connect. As sometimes I have to keep switching off and on for them to connect. Amazon have been great with arranging a return & refund
