I bought the step ladder to replace a similar one that I bought at a yard sale years ago. It took a lot of searching, but I wanted large, solid steps and hand rails. Those two factors were important to me because I’m 75. This is the perfect step ladder for reaching places above my head and for trimming our very tall Christmas tree. The steps allow me to comfortably stand without leg and foot fatigue I highly recommend this step ladder. It’s nice and heavy has some weight to it, but not too much. It folds away neatly. It’s very easy to use and pretty solid and stable it’s a great design and I love everything about it.

I am pleased with this ladder. Excellent blend of decent quality, price, and performance. The steps are nice and wide for a comfortable and secure stance on the ladder. The description is erroneous in that the ladder is steel, not aluminum but that is fine with me. The ladder is in the sweet spot of being very solid but not too heavy to carry from room to room in my house. Folds and unfolds easily and the upper grip lets you hold onto something steady for security. You could spend more money if you wanted but I see no reason this will not serve basic duties around the house for many years. I am very happy with the purchase - ideal for those times when you do not need a tall ladder but need more than just a step stool.

Very sturdy and well balanced. I am afraid of heights and I feel very comfortable reaching for things, cleaning my upper cabinets, using as platform for taking pictures and painting walls.

I love this ladder with the top and side rails. I'm not a fan of heights and they make me feel much safer. My only issue is the ladder does wiggle a bit when you get on, but once on the weight balances and it feels very stable. It's also not too heavy so I can easily close it and move on my own.

It's heavier than my old 2-step ladder, but it's substantially sturdier. The bottom step is as wide as the top one, and the handle is tall enough that I feel secure when using it. It's easy to unfold and fold. And best of all, it won't be sprung when a man uses it!

Very easy assembly, you need a wrench and a philips head screwdriver. Product is very sturdy. I like the height and the handle makes my wife feel much more safe while being up there. It feels like a solid product.Packaging was good, some of the foam around the railings came a little crinkled.I assume from shipping, but they eventually popped out. It was a great purchase.I was glad that ALEXA notified me.It was on sale.

Very sturdy and well made. Pretty compact and can be stored in a tight space. It's weight is just right for carrying from room to room, as needed.

Great ladder for when you're getting up there in age. My wife told me to get this after seeing me use the old 2 step step ladder a little while ago. I agreed, seeing as you have a lot more support on this one. A LOT safer. It holds a lot of weight also. The weight of the ladder is heavier than the regular smaller step ladder of course but still lighter than a regular ladder so a nice upgrade. The only downside (not anything on the wrong of this ladder) is you have to have a little more room to store since the side handles stick out.
