You just fill it with dishwashing liquid, and press the sponge on the wand down in the sink a couple times. The Scrunge will dispense the soap through a hole in the middle of it. The handle fits comfortably in my hand. I think this Scrunge wand is even better than the O Cedar, and I’m thrilled to have found it. Review: Saw and used this product at a family's member home.
