VHT SP123 Engine Enamel Chevy Orange Can - 11 oz.

Clean your engine of any oil or grime and it will look new with this stuff. It has been great since my first engine build in the summer of '69.

All surfaces must be very clean and roughed up if needed for primer and paint to adhere correctly. Check out YouTube or something to learn how to best paint auto engine parts. First used several coats of VTH primer then followed up per instructions with VHT paint. Spray pattern was exactly as needed also very consistent darn good for a spray can. No globs or sputter consistently reliable spray pattern. I'm not an expert painter so found this product to be very easy to use.

This paint is terrible. It comes out of the can looking like a great match to original, but as soon as it starts to dry, it turns a milky, chalky, horrible tangerine color that is NOTHING like Chevy orange. On top of that, you can't return it. You can shear a sheep many times, VHT, but you can only skin it once. I'll never buy VHT paint again or ANY paint from Amazon, for that matter (and I use a lot of paint every week).
