Melissa & Doug Play to Go Cups Bundle

We introduced these on trips as my daughter loves to use her play kitchen at home, so this is her “cooking on the go” that we use in the hotel room as an activity. We introduced it around 18 months. I would say the yellow cookie one is better for younger kids as easier to stack. The green ice cream one was a bit more complicated but she loved the hand-feel of holding the ice cream scoops (heads up, they will roll all over the place - which could be fun too if done on purpose as an activity!). Could use it on a plane or in a car although I hesitate with the smaller pieces that could get lost as my daughter likes to dump things. Better at a restaurant or as mentioned in a hotel. They come with cute little “recipe” books too for older kids - simple instructions of an order to stack things. Love that they pack up easily in their own container. Only con was the Velcro on one of the cookie pieces in the ice cream kit had already popped off, and since we were on vacation I didn’t have the tools to fix it but would be easy enough to hot glue. Would definitely buy again for travel!

This is a great toy for travel. We have brought it on all our trips and it entertains my kids for hours.
