Wow!! This magnesium supplement has been life changing for me! I get vestibular migraines and boy when they come on, they are excruciating! I get extremely dizzy, nauseous, my neck stiffens and I feel like my body shuts down and the pain is unreal. I even make sure I focus on eating magnesium rich foods regularly and it’s like my body just does not absorb magnesium like it should. I have literally bought probably 20+ different brands of magnesium in the last 5-6 years searching for “the one” and this IS IT!! When my migraines hit, I have to take a LONG bath and I use 6-8 Cups of magnesium chloride and it really works. I soak for about an hour and walk out a new person but magnesium chloride is pretty spendy especially needing to use so many cups. Since starting this, it’s like the tightness in my neck has completely gone away and I haven’t had a single migraine let alone a headache. This magnesium doesn’t make me sleepy like it does some people. It knocks my husband out though lol. I have been taking 2/night just to help raise my levels but even 1 is sufficient. I have my teen daughter, husband and tween son taking one every night. I hope they never stop making this. I will buy this for the rest of my life!

Works great

I’ve tried several magnesium supplements over the years, but this one really stands out. I like that it includes multiple forms (glycinate, citrate, malate, taurate, etc.) instead of just one type. It feels like a more well-rounded formula. I primarily take it in the evening, and I’ve noticed I feel more relaxed and fall asleep easier. It’s not a “knock you out” feeling — just a calm, steady wind-down.

Well I just have to say that after only 2 days taking this I was able to sleep all night. I’m in perimenopause. Good night sleep and leg cramps (despite all the water and potassium intake) are something that it’s been bothering me for months. 2 days and are both gone. This is my honest review and experience!!!

These did not work for me. I usually take magnesium glycinate for muscle spasms. After taking this for three or four days, I was end up with severe muscle spasms, and these pills weren’t working at all. Can’t even tell I took him and so I had to buy more pills and got stuck with all these.
