Easy use.
Sound quality is great - used to film client testimonial videos and they have come out perfect. Easy to use - I have used with my nikon camera but it's good to know I can use with my phone too.

erratic connection
They work irrationally, sometimes they connect to my new MacBook Air and sometimes they don't. very irratating as I teach live classes . I am never sure when the battery is running out , there should be an indicator on them, so I plug them in after each hour that I use them.

No problems, but the battery may drain when switched off.

Mic today has decided to get get turned off. It used turn on and off fine until today. It stop working during my 1 h live stream after 20 min. Remaining 40 min LiveStream was muted which I realised after replay.

The quality of these microphones is unsurpassed. They are so clear and record on different tracks so editing is so much easier. I would definitely order the second mic if you are interviewing. I used with my Canon R7 and it was a really professional setup.
