I have gotten this replaced once already, and now going to return it for a second time for dead pixels. i havent had the 2 of them for even a month and both have had a dead pixel in the first week. $1000 for the monitor and Zowies response after 1 week is, "there arent enough dead pixels" this is honestly a shocking response for a "premium product"

I ordered a new monitor but received a used one. Dog and human hair are all over the monitor.

Using a 2K polling rate or above on a high-end gaming mouse causes constant cursor stutters and lag. I have high-end specs (RTX 5080 / 9800X3D) and tested with both the Pulsar X2F and Akitsu Mouse, yet the stuttering persists. I’ve tried everything, searching everywhere online, testing different driver versions, modifying BIOS settings, tweaking NVIDIA Control Panel and in-game settings, swapping cables and USB ports, but nothing fixes it. It STILL stutters. This is beyond unacceptable, especially at this price point. I just want to play FPS games with a higher polling rate, but with this monitor it seems impossible.
