After using a Philips Sonicare for over 20 years, I bought a newer model—nothing was wrong with my old one. Big mistake. It failed in under four months, and although it was under warranty, getting the required prepaid return label was impossible. Four calls over two weeks and zero resolution. I gave up. Enter SURI—and WOW. This toothbrush is top-tier. Sleek design, compact travel case with UV light, USB charging, and beautiful color options (choosing was hard). The plant-based bristles are soft yet sturdy and don’t jab my gums. Two speeds, both timed, both deliver a thorough clean. It fits perfectly in my hand, with easy-to-use controls you don’t have to look for. Even the minimal wall mount is thoughtfully designed and simple to install. If you’re looking for a high-quality sonic toothbrush, SURI is it. No need to even glance at Philips. Highly recommend.

If Sonicare is a B this one is an A. I’ve used the original ultrasonic toothbrush ever since they have been on the market. The units are bulky, the brush heads too small and way too stiff. Suri is perfect! It stays charged longer and the charging case disinfects the brush head. The brush head is larger and softer which makes all the difference! It just feels better in the hand. Don’t hesitate to pull the trigger on this one especially if you’re a current Sonicare user.

The only user feedback I have is: my previous, generic electric toothbrushes all still required the user to press the "off" button after the two-minute timer buzzed. Suri, on the contrary, automatically shuts off at the 2 minute mark. Small personal tweak I'd recommend, only because I often find myself turning it back on and then having to click again to turn off. Nit picking 😅 otherwise: an amazing toothbrush! Love the UV case, the feel of the handle, and the feel of the sonic clean. I've never had a different sonic toothbrush to compare this to, but it's a fantastic product. And love the non-plastic bristles 🙌🏼 this would make a great gift to get someone a bougie version of an everyday item they will appreciate, or treat yourself and stop releasing micro plastics when you brush your teeth :)

I love this! Plant bade, no plastic. It is lightweight and has a magnetic mirror mount and a uv case. Battery lasts a long time. Brush head is a tad small, but just by a hair compared to my cybersonic.

Beautiful, but the toothbrush bristles are a bit too long IMO. I had pre-periodontal disease (where your gum pockets get too deep) so I need to brush with the bristles at ~ 45 degree angle to really sweep the gum line, but it's hard to do with the length of the bristles. I also have my doubts that the little light actually sanitizes the toothbrush. I still appreciate the effort! I love the idea of a sanitizing travel case. Hopefully it does work.

We are really happy with these toothbrush heads. The bristles feel nice on the gums and are easy to apply to the toothbrush. Feels like nice quality and good value for the money spent!

I was using an expensive rotary head toothbrush and I was having a problem with gum inflammation. I switched to the Suri toothbrush and the inflammation problem improved dramatically. These replacement heads are just as good as the original head and the color matches perfectly. I am happy with this product.

after almost two years of use by this 60 yo female: doesn't sound like a deafening jet plane in use -- it's not silent, but a reasonable and comfortable growl one charge lasts for AGES sleek -- no need to keep it in a bulky recharger that must remain plugged in and that clutters up one's sink or shelf space cleaning-wise: this brush does not lend quite the sensation/impression of a cleaning punch as did prior electronic toothbrushes, BUT it's met w/ my dental hygienist's approval at 6 mo check-ups, and digital scans show teeth & gum health stable since advent of use -- it does the job, just with a little less fanfare than the others magnetic hanger works and is handy -- mine's in an out of the way corner on a metal outlet plate to side of sink easy to charge, convenient for travel aesthetically, pretty simple, and low profile, in a good way suggestions: 1) brushes should come with a prepared envelop for return to suri for recycling -- I have a growing collection for which I must figure out the correct destination, etc. -- a little annoying .... 2) suri should consider a mutual marketing arrangement with the like-minded and likewise excellent dental cleaning products co. cocofloss (no vested interest, lol -- just a happy customer)
