I previously gave this product a poor rating because I didn’t receive it when expected. The seller was very responsive to my concerns. We have the product and it’s actually more than I expected. We’re excited to use it in our agency.

These displays have great touch recognition and are easy to operate. The image/resolution one these are awesome. There are more ports on these displays than my own PC, you wig never run out of space. If you are buying the 75” know that you will, at minimum need two people to move this. Can wait to see how well they do with live testing. I’d recommend!

Our library purchased this smartboard TV for a new meeting room reno. This is a wonderful product so far and was easy to install and operate. Customer support is phenomenal. In addition to the in-depth how-to videos that accompanied the product listing, we have received additional support with getting another product manual and remote control. It is a refreshing experience when the customer service does not end at the point of sale. Stellar job by this wonderful support team!

Amazing product On time

The board works great, there is no lag time when writing, the camera takes very good pictures and the set up was super easy. We were able to connect to the internet easily and to save on the files and share. You can also have share screen so others can participate on their phones.

We ordered three of these for our school. The teachers love them and have so many uses for them - interactive lessons, displaying the daily schedule and upcoming events, parent news, etc. Mike has been exceptionally wonderful with ongoing communications! I highly recommend the product and company!!

These displays have great touch recognition and are easy to operate. The resolution is impressive for a touch screen. I let my kids play with the pens and they had a blast. Lots of expandability since there are so many ports. Keep in mind, this is sort of a third party device. So, while that makes it super flexible, you'll need to do some work-arounds in some places. For instance, the android google play store doesn't populate all the apps you expect, but I understand you can load the APKs via a USB (i haven't tried this yet, but will update when I do). When I first got it out of the box, there was a strange split screen thing going on that I could not troubleshoot, but the customer service was actually super responsive and got back to me pretty quick with a fix. He was also the person who suggested the APK via USB, which I will try soon. If you're a tinkerer, or even if you want something that just works out of the box, this is a good device.

This was well packed and almost plug and play for some things. One thing we are still trying to figure out is how to update the software. Picture is good quality.
