Great in Belgian Liege Waffles
Used this sugar in my belgian liege waffles! It is of good quality and flavor! It appears to caramelized very well as a definitely burned my fingers on the caramalized "sugar glass" when removing waffles from iron!

Great little pop of sweetness!
I made butter swim biscuits and used the pearl sugar inside to give my family a surprise sweet bite inside the biscuits. I had them in Liege waffles and thought they’d be good in these biscuits. We ate them with strawberries and whipped cream on top! Everyone love the surprise sugar pearls.

Liege waffles are too heavy!
I have been making ina gartens waffle recipe and love them but i was reading about liege waffles and decided to give them a go. I prefer the lightness of ina gartens waffles over the heaviness of the liege waffles.

Size of sugar pellets too big.
I found the size of this pearl sugar was too large for my needs on Finnish sweets. it is about the size of lentils and needs to be crushed. have since found a more suitable brand which was also half the price.
