Didn’t come with instructions but they are posted as part of the ad for it. I didn’t use a wrench when it came time to pull the anchor out, I used an 11mm socket with a 3/8 drive wrench and the busted anchor popped out with ease I couldn’t believe it. I was able to replace 4 seized up anchors in about 10 min or less.
