Bitter melon tea is delicious!
I am using bitter melon tea for my blood sugar. I brewed four tea bags in one quart of water for 20 minutes and then refrigerated it. I'm using it for iced tea. It has a very mild cucumber flavor and is very delicious. I hope it helps with lowering my blood sugar! If not it's delicious anyway! The tea bag is sturdy and contains chopped herb, not too fine, which is perfect because it doesn't get bitter. Excellent quality product! Well packaged and will stay fresh.

The Magic Tea
Bitter melon has SO many health benefits! I drink it in the morning before I eat anything. It's great for energy and weight loss amongst a TON of other things, including fighting cancer. I love this tea! Great quality teabags, packaged well, and most importantly the quality of the tea is 10/10.

This tea on melos is good, bitter but efficient, it is good because it helps control blood sugar levels.

Not as bitter but okay so far…
So far so good. I’ve been taking this for the past couple of weeks and it does taste like bitter melon although not as bitter (if you’ve had this vegetable before). Still don’t know the long term effects but I will definitely post a follow up as soon as I am able.

Disappointed, there’s no bitter taste in this bitter lemon tea, which means it was boiled, then dried and shipped. Dishonest!!! 👀😱I am really angry. The leaves are what counts too, bitter lemon leaves or cerasse leaves
