The connectors push on easily, an inner metal sleeve pushes itself between the inner and outer insulation of the cable to make a perfect connection with the shielding braid and the inner core protrudes just the right length. The plug just slips into the crimper tool and I was very surprised that so little squeeze pressure is required to close the compression ring, so light even a child could do it.
