It depends on line and application. The 300 series for mono and braid for salmon. For walleyes could get away with a smaller reel using 30lb braid. Great reel i have several.

20 pounds of maximum drag, and it's right handed. Great reel for the price.

What size for 10 colors of lead core line? thinking of getting one and putting suffix 832 lead core, but i don't want a huge reel, using it for trout

You can use our Coldwater 200-sized line counter or you can also consider looking at our Coldwater 350 low profile line counter if you want a more compact platform. I do not have the exact specs for amount of colors and backing for leadcore, but these are the two reels we sell most base don the application you are targeting.
