Built for speed
Good keyboard, gives you the feel of old days before the advent of GUI based OS when there used to be the bulky TVS 128 keys keyboard and all the navigation was done using Tab, PgUp, PgDn, Arrow keys, etc. My 'Paisa Wasool' moment came when I was booking an Indian Railways ticket through IRCTC during peak holiday rush, those who have tried to book during the same period will understand, and to my surprise I was able to book a confirmed ticket within one minute of the window opening time. Note: I did not use the mouse during the whole process. It is heavy and holds it ground no matter how hard you punch the keys and thanks to the rubber pads at the base it does not slip even the slightest even at highly inclined table surface. The keys are soft and respond to the slightest touch with minimal pressure. The only con that I found that the left shift key sometimes got stuck, which was resolved by replacing the grey key cap with the red one that was provided among the extra key caps. Some people might not like the colour or the lighting effects or other aesthetics, but remember that this is not an artifact but a robust piece of hardware, and it serves this purpose well indeed.

Short-Lived Disappointment: Gaming Keyboard's Keys Fail Prematurely
I had high hopes for the MageGee gaming keyboard when I first purchased it, but after just six months of use, I'm left utterly disappointed and frustrated with its performance. The primary issue? Keys failing to function properly and the overall lack of durability. One of the most fundamental aspects of any keyboard, especially one marketed towards gamers, is reliable key functionality. Unfortunately, the keys on this keyboard started to malfunction far too soon. After only a few months of moderate use, I began to notice keys either registering no inputs with a multiple press. This inconsistency wreaks havoc on gaming sessions, leading to missed inputs, botched maneuvers, and ultimately, a significant disadvantage in competitive gameplay. Adding insult to injury is the abysmal durability of the keyboard. Six months may seem like a short time, but it should be more than enough for a gaming peripheral to prove its worth. Instead, the MageGee keyboard has shown signs of wear and tear far sooner than anticipated. The keycaps have started to fade and develop an unsightly shine, while the plastic casing has developed noticeable scuffs and scratches. It's clear that this keyboard was not built to withstand the rigors of regular gaming use. It's disappointing to invest hard-earned money in a product only to be left high and dry when it fails to meet even the most basic expectations. In conclusion, the MageGee gaming keyboard is a prime example of false promises and poor quality. Its unreliable key functionality and lack of durability make it a poor investment for any gamer looking for a long-term solution. Save yourself the headache and steer clear of this keyboard in favor of more reputable

Semi Durable keyboard, Still works after 8 Months +
Been using this keyboard for a long time and its not the best in terms for long term usage. I have purchased it below 3k and its worth for that price so far Some keys have started ghosting and not registering properly how ever they get fixed randomly at time to time which is a minor inconvenience. Some keys lighting have gone out but its not a problem for me Its really good in terms of lighting/design/ color and makes less noise, 100% worth its price for this redswitch keyboard. The feeling of pressing each key is enjoyable and appreciative This keyboard would work even well if taken better and gentle care possibly 1 year +

Stopped working after a few months
Just has been only Two and a half months and the "WASD" keys have stopped working completely. Pathetic experience, if you really want to waste your money, waste it somewhere else. This is just not worth your money.

You will need a new one...
The initial condition and use of keyboard is great it does have a metal board on top which makes it solid and heavy enough that it won't slide, light is bright but only light blue but over time has degraded. Quality is not high but under expectation initially. 1 YEAR AND SEVEN MONTHS IN: Few buttons not responding, which is bad. Buttons you use more have higher chances of failing on you, 'A' key doesn't respond no more. NOTE: not hot-swappable, so need to change the whole thing or fix it if you have skills in electrical circuits. If it was hot-swappable it would be a amazing choice as built quality will last long but the key switches just fail slowly over time.

Good keyboard when it works well
I bought this keyboard in Jan-2025. For 6 months it worked flawlessly... but then the shift key on the left side stopped working. Despite replacing with the alternate key provided/cleaning it is not working.

terrible product. Not recommended.
EDIT: THis is after months of usage. Multiple keys do not work now. the left shift, g and backspace are the most obvious ones. Save your money and buy other brands. origiNAL review : The switches are good- clicky, responsive and not as loud as the ant esports MK3400v2 I was using earlier. It is a VFM product and I would have rated it 9/10 but its 7/10 because of some drawbacks which you should know beforehand- 1. The biggest con and a sign of cost cutting is that the F and J keys do not come with notches/bumps. A serious issue for touch typing. Simply unacceptable. 2. It didnt come in the colorway I ordered which was black and white with yellow accents. I got maroon. Not an issue for me because it still looked pretty good and, the base Black and white keys by themselves looked great. Another sign of cost cutting was that I didnt get the maroon D keycap, whereas the extra W, A, S were provided. They also gave keycaps for a 100% KB which was useless for my 75% KB like an extra long Enter keycap. 3. The left shift key was giving me a lot of problems. There were multiple times when it did not register. since I only discovered it recently, I was out of the return window and I could not request a replacement. Luckily right before writing this review, I opened it up, gave a good cleaning and now there is no issue.

Perfect for switching from membrane to mechanical keyboard. Great value proposition
I bought this product as every reviewer rages about mechanical keyboards online. I have never used a mechanical keyboard in my life and couldn't justify spending upwards of 3k on a keyboard. I was getting tired of the clickity clackity noises from my keyboard and my fingers were tired from the key travel. My wife was also tired of the noise when I was playing a game while she was trying to sleep. Then I noticed this keyboard at 2.7k and thought I will give it a try. Immediately, the difference was obvious. Perfect key travel, red switches reduce the noise and the response in gaming is just amazing. Anti-ghosting really works. The effort for typing is reduced so much that it is very difficult for me to go back to membrane now. No issues so far.
