to the best of my knowledge this is only made as a 240 volt double insulated version.

One of mine has completely stopped working. I’ve taken the front panel off and I can’t activate the lights. Can anyone help me?

Hi, it should have an isolation switch in the bathroom or just outside (may be a pull or wall switch). Has this been turned off by someone who has not realised what they were doing. If this is not the case check there is power (electricity) to/at the fan. If power at the fan connections it sounds like a unit failure and an electrician to replace unit or if no power you will need an electrician to locate fault and rectify.

what size of ducting is required

Just for clarity from the manual ancillary items required are:100mm round ducting or flat duct (100 x 54mm) or (204 x 60mm).100mm grille & appropriate boost switch (GS2).

To replace my old one the front facia twists off but how does the electronic cover open (which is apparently hinged) after removing the three screws?

The hinge is below the control panel so with the screws removed pull gently on the retaining clip that is opposite the control panel. Holding the underside with your other hand will make things easier. It may be a little stiff as the bubble wrap in the centre can make things a bit tight. It will come apart though, and the hinge is fairly robust. Just take your time. Then with the bubble wrap removed it will be easier to re-assemble when you are ready.
