I emailed the company two different times for replacement and no answer or any correspondence. Very disappointed due to their product is more then the others (thinking must be better to charge more). Will go with OEM for hope of better quality. I swapped this one in its place and it works perfectly. It took about 2 hours total labor to remove the center console and replace the unit. Swapping it out requires no mechanical ability - simply removing and replacing the screws connecting the center console.
