Hi, Sorry but this keyboard only supports outemu switches, the kailh box switches will not fit.

Can make make the LED backlight all white across the entire keyboard?

yes it can, one color it's built in, no need of software, just press keys func-Ins(M1) three times (Breath, blink and steady), you want steady, then func-RGB(=) to choose color (White, green, red, blue, cyan, etc)

Which switches are compatible?

This keyboard comes with outemu switches (blue, red & brown) basically Cherry clones. The great thing about this keyboard is that you can take the switches out with the tool that comes with this keyboard. You can add in any brand of switches that you want as long as they are the same two pin design. The keyboard also comes with a baggie of 4 replacement switches so you will know exactly what the two pins look like.
