I keep getting these headaches even though I’ve taken creatine before. Always had the suspicion that the scoop looked kinda big so finally grabbed a digital scale to measure. You can see in the video that the scoop is at least 10% larger than what’s you’re led to believe (label says 5g but it’s about 5.6g). And for all the marketing around Creapure-based creatine, you still feel the gastrointestinal distress often. P.S. don’t mind the noise from the Roomba in the background.

I responded well to this type of creatine. It is legit and you can verify it at the Creapure website with the lot number on the label. No issues with taste or odors, exactly how a creatine should be. From using this I had better pumps in the gym and looked more full. No side effects from 5g per day and nothing but good things to say. Yes, I recommend it.

I’m quite disappointed to find that the product I purchased (3 cans) is past its expiration date 06/21/2025 and I received in 07/02/2025. I recently opened the last can of creatine I purchased during deals days and realized that it was already expired. Unfortunately, I had not noticed this earlier, and I had already placed a new order for two more cans. After checking the new cans, I noticed that they are also close to their expiration date, which affects the quality of the product. I expected better quality control from the brand.
