This is a quality item that ticks boxes for: build quality sharpness design practicality For me it was originally a negative that the scissors separate, but the fulcrum piece is recessed, which seems to make it quite difficult for them to call into two in your hand. Definitely recommended.

love that it is detachable and i can clean the part around the hinge so easily. can simply detach and put in the dishwasher. dries fast, no need to worry about rusting or grime build up around the hinge. well made and feels so solid. hopefully will last a lifetime

I never thought I'd want to share just how good a pair of scissors are, but here I am. After years of wasting money and resources on plastic handled scissors, I am never looking back. These are so good, I bought a second pair. We've had ours a few years and use them daily. They still perform like new. They are strong, sharp and reliable. The bottle opener section is great. They are strong enough to cut smaller meat bones and make cutting up meat so easy. Can someone please stop the production of plastic handled scissors?! Those things are no good for kitchens and dishwashers. But these are!! Value for money, comfortable to use, well made, sharp, strong, useful. The only scissors I will ever need for my kitchen.

I purchased these kitchen shears after the plastic part of my previous other brand of kitchen scissors broke. Pros: - Sharp blades - The sides separate for easier cleaning or sharpening - Very sturdy, each "scissor" is all one piece of metal. - Can be used as a bottle opener. - Looks cool. - Nicely weighted, feels sturdy and well made. Cons: - Handle is a little small. Larger hands would not be able to fit all 4 fingers in the handle. - People with weak hands may find this product a little heavy.
