Vevor quality at an affordable price
I bought this because of the low price, read the reviews and almost canceled I’m glad I didn’t. It arrived in excellent condition brand new no cracks glass seems uniform it also arrived very quickly now I have to decide which essential oil to extract first

Can't use the coil condenser but good glass
Kinda dumb the set doesn't come with the right fitting to use the coil condenser but I will say the glass held up under vacuum and on heat in an oil bath. So its fairly good Boro glass

Held up under constant heating for 8 hours straight!
I was a little worried at first about purchasing this flask, I have never used Vevor glass before. It is heavy walled, clear with slight distortion, it has no marking for the type glass used, the only markings are $24/40 and 2000 ml. It has a very heavy center neck, standard size side neck. So, it was go or blow time, with me far away from the soon to be boiling hot acid and unknown or untested by me brand of lab glass. I cranked the heat to maximum. I used this flask under constant maximum heating for 8 hours straight doing this distillation. It worked fine with no problems, it cleaned up well and is ready to be used again when called upon.

Item was used. NOT NEW!!!
False advertising. It is not new. it is USED! The glassware was dirty, had leftover residue from previous owner, water spots all over, scratches. Separatory funnel has bubbles in the glass joint. The packaging also has a weird sour smell to it.

Mediocre quality
No problem with the ground fitting but the wall thickness is not uniform and there are bubble inclusions within the walls of the flask. The product is functioning as advertised but I wouldn't put it under vacuum.

In my otherwise quite stressfull life I finally found the time to check out the new lab equipment. Too bad it was not within the 30 day return policy though. So. When opening the box the equipment came in it was well protected and good packaging. I had a good feeling about this, even though some of the earlier reviews mentioned the equipment they had received had been in a used condition. No worries, I thought to myself - it can be great value for the money nevertheless. So wrong I was. Upon inspection I found scratch marks on one of the round bottom flasks, making me quite worried if i am too apply heat to it. Also two of the colons had a crack in the connection - so this is unusable in a safe manner. Another still had residues left in the spiral, of some unknown component. This is NOT value for the money and I really hope people who read this will look elsewhere getting their hobby equipment as this should not be allowed to be sold in this condition.

At glance schedule of glass does not appear 100% even. Conclusive: Durable product sold at fair price.

Nice starterset to start experimenting. Minor improvement imo would be to replace the vacuum adapter with a real 105 degree angle tube. The vacuum adapter has a different angle causing the down going section to end up tilted.
