I am very happy with the performance of the Agaro Electric Mop. It has made floor cleaning much easier and faster compared to traditional mopping. What impressed me the most is the after-sales service of Agaro. During the warranty period I faced a small issue with the product. I contacted their customer support and they responded quickly and handled the matter very professionally. Without any unnecessary delay, they arranged a replacement and provided a new product. Nowadays it is not easy to find companies that take responsibility for their products, but Agaro’s service team was very supportive, polite, and prompt. The whole process was smooth and completed in time. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with both the product quality and customer service. I strongly recommend this electric mop to anyone looking for a reliable cleaning solution with trustworthy after-sales support

The product video, appearance looks pretty good but this is the most worst product. It is not worth of spending even Rs.500/- There is no power in the mopping . This is the lightest mopping that one can do. Stains will not go. Also if there is any micro dust on the floor it will spread it best to all other places. It is unfortunate they are introducing such a worst product without telling the facts. I strongly not recommend anyone to buy this product unless you want to gift it any of the people that you do not like :) I wish there should have been at least a week trail base available or return policy available as it is waste of money buying such products. Not worth of your money. # Extremely poor quality. Very light cleaning and I decided not to buy any more Agaro products with this experience. Switching to Eureka forbes.

I purchased the Regency Electric Spin Mop from Amazon and overall I am very happy with the product. It is very easy to use and cleans the floor really well, making daily cleaning much quicker and effortless. The usability and performance of the mop are excellent. Even after long use, it still works very well and does the job effectively. However, I feel the quality of some parts could be improved. After about 1.5 years of use, a small gear part broke. I contacted customer care and I must say their response and service were very good. They promptly sent the replacement part, and the mop is now working properly again. Earlier, the plastic handle had also broken once, but I managed to fix it myself. Overall, the product works really well and is very convenient to use. The customer service is also very good. The only suggestion would be to improve the durability and quality of some plastic parts.

The product is really good. And it’s great for elderly people without worrying about back and knee pain they effortlessly clean the room. Its battery backup is also good. It’s has decent power which is helps to clean stain. Overall the product is amazing.

Mopping was good, but it stops working after 8 months usage,, but aftersale service was good,, they changed the total faulty product with a new one
