This stuff is better than I thought . I can fill up my work water jug and just use it to fill my cup . I will buy these again for sure . It's cheaper than buying the mixed ones out of the cold case all day .

I was prescribed to use this drink to keep my electrolytes up. I chose to get the mix because the bottles of pre-made were too expensive. This works very well and in the beginning I had to adjust to the taste but I actually prefer this over the pre-made.
