AIRHUG Conference Speaker and Microphone, Bluetooth & USB Speakerphone

Easy to set up and use. No issues connecting. Perfect size and portable. Volume gets nice and loud. Mike picks up everything even if far-ish away. Purchased to enhance my Bible study bc we often have 1-2 people who can’t make it in person and want to join remote and just a phone on speaker or FaceTime was nottt cutting it for group discussion with people sitting all over a living room. This has been a high-quality and good value solution!

This doesn’t have the best sound quality for music but If you’re looking for a speaker for meetings, this is great, the microphone picks up voice nicely unlike majority of other similar products I am keeping this after trying so many others. One thing I recommend is to use it via usb rather than Bluetooth, there is a slight delay via Bluetooth vs. wired.

This speaker/microphone was wonderful and worked perfectly for the first several months. Speaker quality was wonderful and clear and my microphone worked really well and eliminated external sounds as well. It was absolutely perfect for those first few months and I was very happy. But within six months i had complete failure. The sound quality no longer works at all. It doesn't work when plugged in or via bluetooth. I am on an apple computer and my operating system is completely up to date. I have shutdown and restarted both the computer and the speaker/microphone and nothing resolves it. When I go to my orders to see about reaching out to the vendor I only have the option to self troubleshoot and I have tried all of the steps and nothing works. For the price I would have expected this to work for more than a few months. I use this with my macbook pro which is on the latest OS.

Seamless wired connection with my computer and Samsung phone. I have to use Bluetooth for my iPhone but I didn’t purchase it for that reason so not a concern. Volume is just right. Cord supplied are short so I’ll definitely be using different cords. It’s wireless but I’m not sure how to figure out the battery life. Again I’ll mostly be using it corded but it’s interesting. Works as a regular Bluetooth speaker as well.

Clear sound and price was fair. Only criticism is that you the buttons aren’t illuminated so you can’t see them in low light or the dark.

This is the second one I buy. The first one lasted a year this one a month and a half. I can can hear others but others cannot hear me clearly. Unfortunately it’s been over a month so I cannot return it.

I purchased this as a Bluetooth speaker and microphone for my computer so that I could dictate my monthly reports instead of the endless typing that ,I'm used to. It arrived. I loved the packaging, looked great charged right up worked. Perfect for about three weeks. One morning I went to use it , and the speaker sounds like something and it is blown and the dictation is no longer accurate. I thought maybe it was just a bum unit so I purchased a second one, returning the first one. Three weeks later , imagine my surprise when I have a blown sounding speaker and my dictation is no longer accurate. As it turns out, it us something screwy with Microsoft and their security firewalls. I restart my computer abd my AurHug is back to working as usual.....great product

This has been one of the better purchases I have made this year that I can confidently say has improved my life. Working remote and being in Zoom meeting 2 - 3 hours each day has challenges of its own, but I did not realize how much wearing a headset was irritating me and causing fatigue and headaches. After watching a few YouTube comparisons, I settled on the AirHug 01. I have to also say that the minimal look is appealing to me, it sits right on top of my HP G5 docking station and is a perfect fit. The size, ease of volume control from both Windows and via the tactile buttons on the speaker itself have made adjusting volume so much more easier than my wired headset. The size and portability are a great plus that makes it versatile for working on my desk all day or if needed grabbing and taking with my laptop around the house or outside if I need a break from the home office. The protective case that it comes in is durable and makes it easy to pack for travel. I recently brought it into a conference room for a few of my team to join a conference call and it proved to work great with the ability to place it in the middle of the conference table and have everyone heard ... it was a real benefit. -- After some initial hiccup with audio quality, I contacted support and they immediately got back to me for troubleshooting tips related to my Bluetooth settings within Windows and pairing. Ultimately, support was able to resolve my issue and I have to give glowing praise to the level of patience and support they provided and how quickly and professionally they have responded with post sales support. Overall, this has made a big difference in improving working from home for me. I no longer have to switch on and off the headset and deal with wires.

I'm very pleased with it. The setup was quick and straightforward, and it worked exactly as expected right out of the box. The sound quality is clear, the microphone picks up voices well during meetings, and the Bluetooth connection has been stable. It has made virtual meetings much more convenient and professional.

Tolles Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Würde ich jederzeit wieder kaufen. Funktioniert einwandfrei.

Audio is a bit low. As we r using it in a noisy place, even with full volume, it is still bit low, but ok. We a r eusing usb connectivity, many times it needs a reset (unplug and replug) to use the connection. It connects quickly though. Overall good, bit expensive.
