This is very helpful item. Especially if we are leaving kids alone in home. Voice is reaching upto 2 rooms. Satisfied with the product

At this budget, this camera is really good. The camera quality is clear, and the viewing angle is wide enough to cover a good area. We know it’s not top-quality, but it works very well for the price. The only issue we faced is during playback. It lags and has gaps where some footage is missing. We’re not sure if this is due to the Wi-Fi or the camera itself. Even with the SD card, the missing parts can’t be recorded. Apart from this issue, everything else works great. If you need a camera for indoor use and have good Wi-Fi, this is a good option.

The camera does not move at all, and WiFi connection does not work. I have been calling continuously to the customer service, but the line is always busy. There is no other way to return or replace the order. The product is defective, and it claims it has a 360 degree movement, but its sensor doesn’t work and the camera doesn’t move. Even if the wifi connection is there, but the camera shows failed connection. Update - the customer care says there is no way to return or replace the product. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT

I ordered 2 cameras and 1 of them was not working. On troubleshooting, I recognized that 1 adapter was not working. Amazon does not return this product, so I will have to deal with CP Plus support now, which is something I am not happy about. Rest the quality is good, considering price point of view.
