My husband loves this! It makes it so much easier for him. Works perfectly. Definitely a must for the fishermen/women who are getting up in years.

No one likes to go hand over hand raising the anchor when fishing. I ordered 2 of these, one for the front and back of my boat. Very well worth the money. Kinda wish it had a free fall switch, but it has enough power to raise a 20 pound anchor and its very consistent with speed as well. I hook up my batteries with a solar powered 12 volt charger and hook them up after I get Done fishing for the day. I purchased the solar chargers from Amazon as well

I installed this on my bass boat. I’ve used two different anchors with it, mushroom and river, each are 15 lbs. it works well and hasn’t failed yet. It did struggle once with the mushroom because it got stuck in the mud. Two things; it’s slow and it needs a rope guide. A little faster up and down and a guide to keep the line smooth, it would be awesome. Other than those suggestions, this thing is worth it.

Spend a few extra dollars and get one with a metal motor and gear assembly. After 2 hours of installing, it worked for 5 seconds and quit. I removed the cover. Found the POS plastic motor and mount very loose. Had to completely remove the unit to tighten the tiny nuts up. I found the spool shaft worn and other damage as seen in the photos.

I run 15 lb anchors. This lowers and retrieves the anchors effortlessly. No more sore elbows. So worth the money and so easy to install and use. Thank you for a great product!!!

Used for a 10lb mushroom type anchor. Works great so far. I might buy a universal remote controller to wire in so it can be used from the back of the boat also.

Everything that was advertised. Very happy with this purchase. Description and use was very accurate. Would buy it again when needed. Just remember to read the anchor weight limits. I use 5 LB for my 10 ft. boat and it works great.

I have purchased three of the Trac 20 anchor winch for my one-man pontoon. I love the ease with which I can lower and raise my anchor while fishing still water lakes. Unfortunately I have also had problems with each winch I have purchased. The first one lasted for about a year and a half and then began failing to retrieve or lift my 10 lb anchor. I was able to return the devised and get credited for the purchase. I ordered a second winch and after a couple of months when I retrieved the anchor the winch locked up when the anchor reached the guide and would not release when I tried to lower the anchor again. This is such a great device to use on my pontoon, but I don't think the gears are strong enough or well engineered for long-term use. I have friends who use the Trac 20 and also love it and have had better use of it, so I'm going to try a third time and hope for better results.

Die Welle eiert und das Getriebe klingt wenig vertrauenswürdig. Klingt eher wie ein Spielzeug. Ich musste das Seil deutlich kürzen, damit sich das Seil nicht immer zwischen Gehäuse und Spule verklemmt. Preis um die 40 EUR wäre für so etwas evtl. gerade noch gerechtfertigt. Würde mich das nächste mal definitiv nach etwas anderem umsehen. Hatte die Winde leider erst verbaut und dann getestet.
