Best bang for for the buck & cheapest safe decent quality bench I've found, but very tall at 20.0"
This workout bench is the least expensive, safe, decent quality one I found for under $500, and it is only $299 right now when I bought it. It is surprisingly well built with all good welds and thick enough metal to not flex at all when I'm sitting/laying on the bench with my dumbells. I used a GoPro to video myself from the side to verify the bench wasn't weak or flexing under my weight+dumbells like almost all sub $200 benches seem to do. This bench has more attachments than any other bench in the same price range that didn't have a bunch of reviews saying it collapsed on them during their workout (which is why I chose a price range of AT LEAST $300) so this fit the budget nicely. This is able to do every workout I want to use it for. It is quite stable on my carpet and doesn't feel like it is going to tip sideways even though I tried leaning sideways a little while doing sit-ups on it to test how stable it was. It is not very large, and it stores upright so it saves a lot of floor space when not in use. The only thing I have to buy separately is a set of weight plates for the leg extension attachment. The leg attachment is also great because it accomodates plates with both common sizes of holes, and includes spring clamps for both sizes to lock them on the post. I was planning on spending around $350 on a similar REP AB-3000 2.0 bench but this one was $50 less AND came with way more attachments that I would use to do about 3x more exercises so I chose this one first, and if it didn't meet my expectations I'd switch to that one instead since it was rated a bit higher than this one by most reviewers for build quality. Now that I have used this one though, I'm 100% happy with its build quality, all welds look great, it assembled easily and quickly, it is solid and stable, and it is easy to change accessories without tools using just 3 screw knobs. This bench has more angle settings than almost any others, making it very customizable to any angle you want to workout at. The only negative thing I can think of is that this bench is exactly 20" tall, but USPA or IPF standard height says a bench should be between 16.5" to 17.5" max height for safety so your feet can touch the floor without your legs having to bend backwards off the sides of the bench to steady yourself while lifting. For reference, the REP AB-3000 2.0 is 17.1" tall. I'm shorter than average so this is a more significant problem for me vs someone who is like 6'2" and has legs that can easily reach the floor without having to arch backwards when laying on the bench. I don't ever plan to use this bench with a heavy bar, only with dumbells and for sit-ups, so I can steady myself well-enough so the 20" height isn't a major issue for my specific use case, but I'd imagine it probably would be an issue for most other people who usually lift with a heavy bar who are also under 6 feet tall, so keep this safety issue in mind if you lift with a heavy bar.

Buy it! Totally worth it!
Bought it for my fiancé as the old one was too cheap and not holding up. He loves it! Read some reviews complaining about the preacher curl, he had no issues at all, as you can see in the video, you can adjust the chain, so it’s the right fit for you. He also removed the rollers so they didn’t bump his forearms. Just spring loaded pins, very easy. Also read a poor review about the leg curls hitting knees, I have to say, I feel like that’s user error or build error. As you can see in the video, no issues there either, and he said it’s very comfortable. Had no issues with building it, instructions well laid out with easy to understand drawings. It’s incredibly sturdy, and not wobbly at all. Honestly impressed with the what we got for the value. The gauge of metal is incredibly thick, I don’t see him destroying this one like he did the last. Very happy with the purchase. Don’t believe the bad reviews, it’s pretty impressive. If the video doesn’t load with my review just look for the burley guy with a black beard lol.

Good Bench some limitations
Very sturdy bench. The assembly instructions were great. The bench has several features. The preacher curl feature is not good. You cannot achieve a full curl with the chain. I removed the end roller and just use the preacher curl pad with free weights. The leg extension for quads and hamstrings has a limited range. The workout gives you a good push. The range limitation should be noted when purchasing. The pad material is solid. The bench feels steady, and the quick-release pins work very well. It’s a great step between commercial-grade and budget benches.

High-Quality Bench with Excellent Customer Service
I’ve been really impressed with the Keppi Fitness bench. It’s sturdy, comfortable, and packed with thoughtful features. The arm and leg extensions are a major plus for me—they make the bench much more versatile and let me do a wider range of workouts without needing extra equipment. The build quality is solid. The leather feels durable and soft, and the stitching is clean and professional—nothing about it feels cheap or flimsy. It’s clearly built to last, which is exactly what I wanted for my home gym setup. I did run into a small issue when I first received it, but I contacted Keppi and they handled it quickly and professionally. Their customer service was responsive, kind, and genuinely helpful, which made a big difference in my overall experience. I’d definitely recommend this bench to anyone serious about building their fitness space at home. Great value, great performance, and a brand that actually stands behind their product.

Update: Keppi reached out to me directly and mentioned that future design iterations will address some of the shortfalls of the bench. I am still happy with the bench especially at the sale price. When they make the small geometry updates to the leg extension I think it will be great all around. I am 6’ tall and 165lbs. I have a bit longer legs vs. my torso. Bench itself is sturdy and decent quality. Biggest gripe with the bench itself is the feet constantly sliding off. I ended up screwing self tapping screws into the top of the rubber feet to hold them in place. I also bought some no-slip pads to put on the bottom of each foot to stop it from sliding around so much on my concrete garage floor. The decline is very comfortable for sit ups. The preacher curl is ok, needs proper adjustment to get full ROM. The leg extension could definitely be improved. The geometry of the top and bottom pads is not good if you have longer legs. Both pads would need to be up higher to get full ROM. Also the bottom pad even adjusted to the highest setting means the bottom of my feet brush the floor which is annoying. I can put a plate under the front to get over this but it shouldn’t be necessary. With the top pad in its current position it is impossible to do standing leg curls because you have nothing to brace your quad against properly. The top pad needs more adjustability. Laying hamstring curls work good. I like the bearing instead of cheap bushings as it makes the movement much smoother. Overall the bench isn’t bad but the leg extension attachment (something I specifically purchased this bench for) isn’t great which sucks because it isn’t a quality issue as much as just fixing the geometry for better ergonomics.

Great bench for our home gym. Extremely versatile and easy to use. Came well packed, no damage even though the box had clearly been dropped or mishandles by the delivery crew. Assembly was easy with clear instructions and it included all tools required for the job. Strong and sturdy. Quality materials throughout. My husband is 285lbs and benches 250lbs for his workouts and he feels safe on this bench, no wobbling. We like the extra features of the preacher curl pad and leg extension attachment compared to other manufacturers. Best bench for the price point in our opinion for a home gym.

Good multifunction bench for its price tag. Sturdy enough, the angle adjustments are easy and the three attachments complete it with many training options. It took me some time to figure out the best attachments config for my different trainings. I even use it a way that was not listed in the booklet, combining the leg curl/extension attachment (which I try to keep on the bench because it is longer to remove) with the leg holder kit, for declined sit-up and other declined exercices with having to remove the previous attachment while keeping a natural blended knee position with feet lock tightly. I also found a way to position the preacher curl attachment to do proper back extension. I recommend the extra 2 leg rolls if you don’t want to swap them all the time to their different position. On the down side, design could be review on some parts. First the apparently recently upgraded quick release lock pin should be knuckled for a better grip as right now as soon you screw it a little tight you got no grip on the thin sliding round metal disk. I mean you need to adjust that many time on a single training so upgrade would be essential here. The cheaper plastic screwed handle to remove leg foams and to slide the attachments could be also upgraded, plastic feels cheap and nuts are tough to screw on some. Definitely, integrated hardware could be revised. The chain handle is also not adapted for everyone and the preacher curl attachment is a little tough to adjust with that bar to find the proper for exercices without limiting the motion. I had to completely remove the chain and use a simple S hook instead. I would really like a second attachment insert under the bench on the head side to do even more declined exercices like on the 5000 model. Generally, make sure you got enough space in your home gym as it takes quite of space (at least 8 feet free) with the attachments on it.

Awesome bench for a reasonable price. I was previously using the Fitness Reality 2000 Super Max XL. This Keppi bench is much more stable than the Fitness Reality and seems to have a much more durable cushion covers. The leg extension/leg curl attachment can be adjusted depending on the height of the user. I'm 6 feet tall and keep the leg cushion adjusted to the maximum range. I find that I get a very good range of motion for both leg exercises. The preacher attachment is useful, however I get a better bicep workout using dumbbells or an EZ curl bar instead of the chain attachment. Overall I'm very satisfied so far with this product.

bench is OK, the leg attachments are annoying to attach and they aren't particularly great in design. For the price though it is a very solid bench. The back board on mine broke and Keppi was very quick to remedy the issue. Customer service is stellar with this company. Would definitely recommend for a budget friendly bench.
