Great gadget!
Great machine, easy to clean, looks good and great coffee

Very poor product
Do not purchase this product. The pressure drops after about 20 cups. The steam function is rubbish. again, it does not deliver enough steam after about 20 cups. The problems occur after the return window closes!! There is little or no support, (wait on the phone for hours!!!

Good coffee maker
It makes good coffee, is a bit noisy, and vibrates a bit, so the cup moves. It needs some strips to prevent the cup from moving.

Dedica Maestro Plus EC 950.M
De Longhi advised me that this model is a good basic coffee maker and I think I agree - its a recent puchase. The advice that cups should be pre-warmed is worth taking and the taste is good.

How long will it last?
A lovely machine with automatic milk frothing. Unfortunately it started to malfunction after 5 months use at 4 cups a day and i had to return it.

“Zero Accountability, Zero Communication”
This case is associated with the following ticket IDs: 7343470, 7378364, 7361966, 7406562 I ordered a Dedica Maestro Plus on 13 January and received a machine that was clearly not new. De’Longhi then missed multiple collections, ignored my formal complaint, and repeatedly hung up on me while transferring my calls to their complaints team. Even after the machine was returned, there was no communication, no resolution, and no accountability. One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had.
