Delicious, not too spicy

Great taste and great crunch. Not much spice for the kids. My wife is allergic to sesame, this is one of the few not using sesame seed or oil.

As someone who had never had crispy chili topping before I had zero expectations. I’m not someone who can handle super spicy so when I found this mild version, I was super excited. Also, considering I’ve never bought it before, the price seemed a little high for a sauce or topping, but I had heard such good things I went for it and I’m so glad I did! When I opened it, it smelled heavenly! A bit smoky, Savory, but not spicy. I made the mistake of dipping a fork and licking it, Not great. So don’t do that. But I was still willing to give it a try. After stirring it really well I Put some on top of a fried egg and had it for my breakfast. It was soooooooo good! I will probably never eat eggs without it again! It still has a bit of a kick if you are someone like me that doesn’t do spicy, But it wasn’t too much for me and I could definitely enjoy it. I also just made one of those viral cucumber recipes covered in a Thai peanut sauce and added a bit of this chili oil, and I think it’s my new favorite snack! I will 100% order this again!!

Item not as advertised! The picture and amount of filling are misleading. There is about an inch of space at the top that is not filled up. On the jar that I have it says “extra room to stir” which I did not see that in the image where it is filed to the top. Yes it’s a 7oz jar but it’s not filled up to 7oz as there is the one inch gap at the top. Not very happy about that especially since it’s priced the same as other brands that fill it tot the top. Haven’t tried it yet, but let’s hope the taste will make up for the false advertising….tbd.
