Deep, Alphonso Mango Pulp, 850 Grams(gm)

Evidently the company learned from the complaints about dented cans because mine was very carefully padded in a larger box than I expected. Tasted delicious. I used it to make the New York Times recipe for quick Mango Kulfi: 1pint heavy cream 1(30-ounce) can Alphonso mango pulp 1(14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk Zest of 1 lime ¼teaspoon ground cardamom Pinch of salt Mix and freeze overnight. Firmer than ice cream, like a popsicle, but putting a serving in the fridge for a half hour let it soften nicely.

I bought this mango purée to make mango Lassie drinks and mango ice cream. Both tasted excellent. Would definitely buy again!

It is little expensive but taste of pulp is really good. You can make best tasting mango shake with this and great mango desserts.

The Alphonso Mango pulp had a beautiful consistency and was velvety smooth in texture. It packs a intense mango taste. I used it in a recipe for Mango Pie which was the first time that I have made this pie. It came out wonderfully with a great mango taste.

This tastes so great. I used it both for a mango cheesecake and mango lassi. Great size. Delivery as expected.
