Great manual treadmil
Fantastic tread mill that makes you work like you would when running outdoors. It doesn't need to be plugged in as it's a manual treadmil (like a hamster wheel!) which makes you work harder, and you can put it whever you like s you don't need to worry bout the cable,

Lovely machine for any ages. It’s manual so works you better and replicates real running motions. The setup is very simple and no electric so no bill here or extra wires.

Would not recommend. Belt does not run smoothly. Better investing in a higher quality product

I over the moon with it the running machine corrects your posture as you have to run correctly for the running belt to turn it's simply perfect and no electricity needed
